Abstract
Objective To explore the value of anterior segment optical coherence tomography(OCT)in evaluating the attachment of intraocular lens to posterior capsule membrane after phacoemulsification in cataract patients with high myopia.Methods A total of 121 patients(121 eyes)with cataract who underwent phacoemulsification in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected.According to the axial length of the affected eyes,all cases were divided into the observation group(axial length>26.00 mm,63 cases)and the control group(axial length of 22.00～24.50 mm,58 cases).The residual space area between the intraocular lens and the posterior capsule,and the length of the unattached posterior capsule were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 d,7 d and 30 d after surgery,the residual space area between intraocular lens and the posterior capsule,and the length of the unattached posterior capsule in the observation group were larger than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Anterior segment OCT can effectively evaluate the attachment of intraocular lens to posterior capsule membrane after phacoemulsification in cataract patients with high myopia,and it is suggested that there is more residual space between intraocular lens and the posterior capsule after cataract surgery in high myopia patients with long axial length,which may require longer recovery time after surgery.关键词
