Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of siphon method with cold precipitation preparation instrument in the preparation of cold precipitation coagulation factor.Methods A total of 96 qualified blood samples collected from November 2021 to December 2023 in our blood station were randomly divided into two groups,with 48 samples in each group.The control group was prepared by centrifugation method,and the observation group was prepared by siphon method with cold precipitation preparation instrument.The preparation effects of the two groups were compared.Results The contents of FⅧand FIB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The preparation process of siphon method with cold precipitation preparation instrument can be automatically controlled in the whole process,which can effectively reduce the interference of human factors,so as to maximize the preparation quality of cold precipitation coagulation factor and improve the quality of blood transfusion,so as to ensure that patients achieve good prognosis.关键词
