Abstract
Objective To explore the anesthetic effect of ultrasound-guided fascia iliaca compartment block(FICB)in elderly patients with artificial femoral head replacement(AFHR).Methods 100 elderly patients treated with AFHR were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given general anesthesia,and the study group was given ultrasound-guided FICB combined with general anesthesia.The anesthetic and analgesic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The onset time and improvement time of motor block and sensory block in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the wake-up time,extubation time and orientation recovery time were shorter than those in the control group,the dosage of propofol and dosage of sufentanil were less than those in the control group,and the VAS scores at 1 h,6 h and 12 h after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound-guided FICB has good anesthetic effect and analgesic effect in elderly patients with AFHR,and can obviously reduce the dosage of anesthetic drugs.关键词
