Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic submucosal dissection in the treatment of early gastric cardiac cancer.Methods 72 patients with early gastric cardiac cancer were randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.The study group was treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection,while the control group was treated with endoscopic mucosal resection.The surgical outcomes,complications,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The whole tumor resection rate and tumor resection range of the study group were better than those of the control group,the incidence of short-term postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of various dimensions of quality of life were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Endoscopic submucosal dissection in the treatment of early gastric cardiac cancer can improve the surgical resection effect,reduce short-term postoperative complications,and enhance the quality of life of patients with early cardiac cancer.关键词
