目的 分析纤支镜下支气管肺泡灌洗治疗儿童大叶性肺炎的临床效果.方法 80 例大叶性肺炎患儿根据治疗方法的不同分为两组各 40 例.参照组采用常规药物治疗,研究组在参照组基础上采用纤支镜下支气管肺泡灌洗治疗.比较两组的症状消退时间、炎性因子水平、肺功能.结果 研究组的退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间均短于参照组(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平均低于参照组,VC、MVV、FEV1 均高于参照组(P<…查看全部>>
