Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of lung ultrasound(LUS)score in evaluating the disease severity of pneumonia in children.Methods According to the severity of the disease,60 children with pneumonia were divided into the severe group and the mild group.The general data and LUS scores of the two groups were compared,and the evaluation value of LUS score on the disease severity of pneumonia in children was analyzed.Results The LUS score of the severe group was significantly higher than that of the mild group(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the AUC of LUS score in evaluating the disease severity of pneumonia in children was 0.849,which had moderate evaluation value.Conclusions The higher the LUS score,the more serious the disease condition of children with pneumonia.LUS score can be used as an effective index to evaluate the disease severity of children with pneumonia.关键词
