Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of dexmedetomidine(Dex)on ultrasound-guided ropivacaine supraclavicular brachial plexus block(SBPB)anesthesia.Methods 100 patients with upper limb surgery were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received ultrasound-guided ropivacaine SBPB,and the observation group received Dex anesthesia on the basis of the control group.The hemodynamics,pain degree and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The HR and MAP levels at T1 and T2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the VAS scores at 6 h and 12 h after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Dex applied in ropivacaine ultrasound-guided SBPB anesthesia can maintain the hemodynamic stability of patients,and has good postoperative analgesic effect without increasing adverse reactions.关键词
