Abstract
Objective To explore the correlations of serum cardiac troponinⅠ(cTnⅠ),apolipoprotein B(ApoB)and apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1)levels with severity degree of coronary artery lesions in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 96 patients with AMI were selected as the study group,48 healthy subjects were selected as the reference group,and the levels of serum cTnⅠ,ApoB and ApoA1 were compared between the two groups.The patients in the study group were divided into the mild lesion subgroup,the moderate lesion subgroup and the severe lesion subgroup according to Gensini score,the levels of serum cTnⅠ,ApoB and ApoA1 in each subgroup were compared,and the correlations of serum cTnⅠ,ApoB and ApoA1 levels with the severity degree of coronary artery lesions were analyzed.Results The levels of serum cTnⅠand ApoB in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the level of ApoA1 was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).In the study group,the levels of serum cTnⅠand ApoB in the severe lesion subgroup,the moderate lesion subgroup and the mild lesion subgroup decreased in turn,and the level of ApoA1 increased in turn(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum cTnI and ApoB levels were significantly positively correlated with the levels of serum cTnⅠand ApoB,and negatively correlated with the level of ApoA1(P<0.05).Conclusions Serum cTnⅠ,ApoB and ApoA1 have certain correlations with severity degree of coronary artery lesions in patients with AMI,which can be used as important auxiliary indicators.关键词
