Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Niaoduqing granule combined with Bailing capsule in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was treated with Bailing capsules,and the study group was treated with Niaoduqing granules combined with Bailing capsules.The renal function indicators,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum SCr,BUN,Cys-C,CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Niaoduqing granule combined with Bailing capsule can significantly improve the renal function and micro-inflammatory state of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy.关键词
