Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xuebijing,octreotide combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods 78 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was treated with octreotide+ulinastatin,and the study group was treated with Xuebijing+octreotide+ulinastatin.The immune function,inflammatory response and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the levels of CD8+and serum IL-6,TNF-α and CRP were lower than those in the reference group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined treatment of Xuebijing,octreotide and ulinastatin can obviously regulate the cellular immune function of patients with severe acute pancreatitis,reduce the inflammatory response and reduce the occurrence risk of complications.关键词
