Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with adenosine cyclophosphate for injection in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The reference group was treated with adenosine cyclophosphate for injection,and the study group was treated with modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with adenosine cyclophosphate for injection.The cardiac function,serum inflammatory mediators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,LVEF,CO and CI of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the levels of serum hs-CRP,TNF-α and TRAF6 were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with adenosine cyclophosphate for injection can obviously improve the cardiac function and relieve the inflammatory response of patients with coronary heart disease,with high safety.关键词
