摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of bifidobacterium quadruple live bacteria tablet combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of children with rotavirus infectious diarrhea.Methods According to different medication methods,80 children with rotavirus infectious diarrhea were divided into the reference group(montmorillonite powder)and the study group(bifidobacterium quadruple live bacteria tablets+montmorillonite powder).The efficacy,inflammatory factors and intestinal flora were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 week of treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the levels of serum inflammatory factors were lower than those of the reference group,and the intestinal floras were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Bifidobacterium quadruple live bacteria tablet combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of rotavirus infectious diarrhea can obviously relieve the inflammatory response and improve the intestinal flora environment of children.关键词
