摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of fusidic acid cream combined with isotretinoin capsule in the treatment of bacterial folliculitis.Methods 88 patients with bacterial folliculitis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with fusidic acid cream,and the observation group was treated with fusidic acid cream combined with isotretinoin capsules.The clinical efficacy,symptom score and inflammatory indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate,score of symptoms related to folliculitis,and the levels of IL-8 and INF-γ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and IL-10 level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Fusidic acid cream combined with isotretinoin capsule in the treatment of bacterial folliculitis has significant effect,which can relieve clinical symptoms and improve inflammatory indicators.关键词
