医护联合查房结合AIDET沟通模式在胸腔镜肺癌切除术的应用
Application of Doctor-Nurse Joint Ward Rounds Combined with AIDET Communication Model in Thoracoscopic Lung Cancer Resection

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of doctor-nurse joint ward rounds combined with AIDET communication model applied in patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer resection.Methods A total of 104 patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer resection were divided into two groups.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received doctor-nurse joint ward rounds combined with AIDET communication model on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative recovery indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the scores of ESCA dimensions were higher than those of the control group,and the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Doctor-nurse joint ward rounds combined with AIDET communication model can promote the postoperative recovery of patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer resection,improve their self-care ability and alleviate their negative emotion.关键词
