Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of mindfulness-based cancer rehabilitation training combined with incentive psychological counseling on negative emotion and hope level of patients with radical mastectomy.Methods 70 patients with radical mastectomy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received incentive psychological counseling intervention,and the observation group received mindfulness-based cancer rehabilitation training intervention on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions and hope levels of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the HHI score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Mindfulness-based cancer rehabilitation training combined with incentive psychological counseling can effectively alleviate the negative emotion of patients with radical mastectomy and improve the hope level of patients.关键词
