Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of WeChat-based continuous nursing on patients with renal anemia of stage 5 chronic kidney disease.Methods 70 patients with renal anemia of stage 5 chronic kidney disease were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received WeChat-based continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.The self-care ability,psychological state and anemia indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of nursing,the ESCA score and the levels of Hb and SF of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions WeChat-based continuous nursing can obviously improve the self-care ability of patients with renal anemia of stage 5 chronic kidney disease,and improve their psychological state and anemia indicators.关键词
