Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors for the occurrence of cardiopulmonary complications in elderly lung cancer patients after thoracoscopic partial resection.Methods The clinical data of 105 elderly lung cancer patients who underwent thoracoscopic partial resection were retrospectively analyzed.The risk factors for the occurrence of postoperative cardiopulmonary complications were analyzed.Results Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age≥70 years,smoking history,complication of hypertension,complication of diabetes,preoperative FEV1%<60%and preoperative albumin<35 g/L were the risk factors for the occurrence of cardiopulmonary complications in elderly patients with lung cancer after thoracoscopic partial resection(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions The occurrence risk of cardiopulmonary complications after thoracoscopic partial pneumonectomy in elderly patients with lung cancer is high.The occurrence of cardiopulmonary complications is closely related to the age≥70 years,smoking history,complication of hypertension,complication of diabetes,preoperative FEV1%<60%and preoperative albumin<35 g/L.关键词
