Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of early systematic rehabilitation nursing on patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 patients with hemiplegia after stroke who were admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of The Ninth People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2021 to December 2023.Patients were divided into two groups based on the nursing methods received:the control group(conventional rehabilitation nursing)and the early group(early systematic rehabilitation nursing),with 40 patients in each group.The limb function and psychological status of both groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).However,after 1 month and 2 months of intervention,the FMA scores in the early group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Prior to intervention,there were no significant differences in the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After 1 month and 2 months of intervention,the HAMD and HAMA scores in the early group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of early systematic rehabilitation nursing for patients with hemiplegia after stroke is beneficial for improving limb function and regulating psychological status.关键词
