Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of incentive nursing combined with Enhanced Recovery After Surgery(ERAS)protocol in the perioperative period of esophageal cancer patients.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent elective surgery for esophageal cancer at Zhenping County People's Hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected.They were randomized into an intervention group(n=50,incentive nursing combined with ERAS protocol)and a control group(n=50,conventional perioperative nursing).The nutritional status,pain level,psychological state,and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the levels of serum albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA),and transferrin(TRF)increased in both groups,with the intervention group showing significantly higher levels of ALB,PA,and TRF than the control group(P＜0.05).At 48 hours postoperatively,the pain scores measured by the Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)decreased in both groups,and the intervention group had significantly lower pain NRS scores compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Following the intervention,the scores of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)decreased in both groups,with the intervention group having significantly lower HAMA and HAMD scores than the control group(P＜0.05).Additionally,the complication rate in the intervention group(4.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of incentive nursing combined with ERAS protocol in the perioperative care of esophageal cancer patients can effectively regulate nutritional levels,alleviate pain,improve psychological status,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,making it worthy of clinical application.关键词
