Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of positive reinforcement theory nursing combined with dietary education in patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 82 GDM patients admitted to Xuchang Central Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and randomized into an intervention group(n=41,positive reinforcement theory nursing combined with dietary education)and a control group(n=41,conventional nursing intervention).The two groups were compared in terms of adherence to medical advice,blood glucose levels,psychological resilience,quality of life,and pregnancy outcomes.Results The adherence rate in the intervention group(97.56%)was higher than that in the control group(80.49%),with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial glucose(2 h PG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels decreased in both groups,with the intervention group showing lower levels than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Post-intervention,the scores of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and the World Health Organization Quality of Life Assessment Short Form(WHOQOL-BREF)increased in both groups,with the intervention group having higher scores than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the intervention group(7.32%)was lower than that in the control group(26.83%),with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of positive reinforcement theory nursing combined with dietary education in GDM patients can improve adherence to medical advice,enhance blood glucose control,increase psychological resilience and quality of life,and reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes.关键词
