Abstract
Being a national treasure,the Three Gorges Project generates enormous and comprehensive benefits for flood control,power generation,shipping and water resource utilization.It directly relates to water security,food security,ecological security and energy security of China,therefore project operation and scheduling management is crucial for benefit realization.Based on review,tasks and principles of scheduling for power generation are introduced.Optimization methods are evaluated,such as floating water level during flood season,scheduling of small and medium-sized floods,and early water storage at the end of flood season.Practical achievements of Three Gorges Project scheduling in recent years are summarized.Because power generated by the Three Gorges Project is huge,transmission and interconnection of its electricity to the national power grid is of great significance.With consideration of new requirements and conditions for joint scheduling of reservoirs in the Yangtze River Basin in the new era,analysis has been made on key issues need to be addressed.It proposes to take in-depth studies on dynamic control of operating water level of the Three Gorges Reservoir during the flood season,refine and optimize scheduling methods for small and medium-sized floods,alleviate competition on water between upstream reservoir group and the Three Gorges Reservoir at the end of the flood season,and improve power generation efficiency of hydropower stations,increase effective supply of water during the storage period and comprehensive benefits,in order to provide technical support for real-time scheduling and benefit generation of the project.关键词
