摘要

Abstract

With both features of engineering and watershed,digital twin Three Gorges Project plays a key role of digital empowerment in the governance of the Yangtze River Basin and safeguarding"ten major security"of the Three Gorges Project.It is a concrete manifestation of new quality productivity.Based on the pilot of digital twin Three Gorges project,a systematic review was conducted on the necessity of"ten major security"measures of further enhancing dam security,information system security,storage capacity security,geological security,water quality security,flood control security,shipping security,water supply security,river safety and ecological security.The objective of digital twin Three Gorges project is to enhance capabilities of operation and management,as well as quality and efficiency by continuously increase of digital twin capacities,construction of an overall framework including business applications,digital twin platforms,information infrastructure,and physical watersheds,ideas and plans of digital twin project including information infrastructures,data base,model platform(including models),knowledge platform(including knowledge),business applications and security system.A plan was proposed for water resources satellite construction to enhance data coverage capability so as to support the implementation of twin functions.Through a quantitative indicator system,expected results may be set so as to further improve the construction plan of digital twin system,achieve continuous iteration and optimization.Technology empowerment shall enable continuous improvement for project management,and create a world model for safe operation and management of water infrastructures.
