面向极端环境的布拉格光栅植入复合绝缘子芯棒温度与应力特性OA
Temperature and Stress Characteristics of Composite Insulator Rods Implanted with Bragg Grating for Extreme Environment
笔者研究了基于埋入式的布拉格光栅用于复合绝缘子芯棒的温度与应力特性监测.主要完成以下几个方面的工作:1)对不同的复合绝缘子芯棒进行不同开槽,并在不同点位铺设布拉格光纤光栅,搭建了布拉格复合绝缘子芯棒温度与应力测试系统,从而实现对布拉格光栅绝缘子实时监测.2)对布拉格光栅复合绝缘子芯棒进行了温度和应力的实验研究,分析了光纤光栅传感器在复合绝缘子芯棒不同位置、开槽、粗细等情况下的中心波长与温度及应力的传感性能.研究结果表明芯棒的温度和应力与中心波长均显示出比较好的线性关系,可用于对输变电设备的在线监测.本研究为光纤光栅在绝缘子实际传感应用中的工程施工具有一定的借鉴意义.
The author conducted research on the temperature and stress characteristics of Bragg grating in-sulators.The following tasks have been completed:1)A temperature and stress testing system for Bragg grating insulators was established by slotting the insulators and laying fiber Bragg gratings at different points,thereby achieving real-time monitoring of Bragg grating insulators.2)Temperature and stress calibration experiments were conducted on the Bragg grating insulator,and the quantitative numerical re-lationship between the grating center wavelength of the Bragg grating insulator and temperature and stress was determined.The research results indicate that there is a good linear relationship between the changes in stress and temperature and the central wavelength of the grating,which can be used for on-line moni-toring of power transmission equipment.
