Abstract
In order to study the cause of porcelain insulator fracture in a drop fuse during the operation of a certain substation,from the perspective of materials,macroscopic morphology,microscopic morphology and energy spectral composition analysis are carried out to determine the cause of porcelain insulator frac-ture.Through simulation modeling,the influence of the degree of eccentricity during pouring of iron parts in the middle on the maximum force of the central rubber cement is analyzed.The results show that the crack source is inside the porcelain insulator,and during the opening and closing operation,a certain al-ternating stress is generated,and the final fracture form is fatigue fracture.Iron parts,adhesives and porcelain parts on the outer surface of the water treatment is not carried out,so that the rainwater pene-trates into the interior,the temperature change produces expansion stress,while the iron parts,adhesive and porcelain parts are not coated at the junction of the buffer protective layer,so that the iron parts,porcelain parts and adhesives three produce thermal stress,in addition,the simulation shows that the de-gree of eccentricity and the maximum stress of the adhesive cement are similar to the secondary growth re-lationship.关键词
