Abstract
As the prophase project of offshore wind power construction project,the macro site selection of offshore wind farm plays a vital role in the success or failure of wind farm construction and its future benefits.In this paper,based on Mamdani fuzzy reasoning,the comprehensive evaluation value of the criterion layer is obtained,and the best site of the alternative site and the ranking of its advantages and disadvantages are obtained.The"If-Then"reasoning rule is adopted to avoid the derivation of complicated mathematical formulas.By introducing language variables and membership functions,the uncertainty of the decision-making process is well reflected.Using Matlab toolbox,the decision-making process of dynamic interaction between experts and computers is enhanced,which makes the evaluation process more convenient and fast,and improves the reliability and applicability of site selection.关键词
