摘要

Abstract

With the successive introduction of relevant policies and the vigorous promotion of the EPC general contracting model in China,traditional design institutes are actively transitioning to engineering companies.The EPC general contracting led by design institutes has gradually become one of the mainstream construction management models.The proportion of EPC general contracting business in the revenue of design institutes is also increasing,and the operational risks faced by design institutes are also significantly increasing.In order to effectively control risks from the source,a risk evaluation index system for EPC general contracting bidding is constructed through the three main influencing factors of technology,management,and owner.The G1-FUZZY model based on index scale is used for empirical analysis,providing a scientific decision-making basis for risk assessment during the EPC general contracting bidding stage of the design institute.
