东北松花江流域可再生能源一体化开发电源配比研究OA
Research on Power Supply Ratio of Integrated Development Mode of Renewable Energy in Songhua River Basin Northeast China
为提升新能源消纳能力、促进优势资源协同开发,开展东北地区松花江流域可再生能源一体化开发电源配比研究.通过电力系统生产模拟、一体化财务评价等方法,结合地区资源条件、需求特性以及电源出力特性,优化可再生能源电站一体化开发电源配比.研究认为,在具备足够用电需求的前提下,为确保技术经济可行性,一体化模式中的抽水蓄能与新能源装机规模的合理比例为1∶1.4~1∶3.2.总体来看,东北地区可再生能源一体化项目开展需要较为理想的外部条件,建议稳妥推进.
In order to improve the new energy consumption situation and to promote the cooperative development of superior resources,this paper researches the power supply ratio of integrated development mode of renewable energy in songhua river basin in northeast China.With the methods of power system production simulation and integrated financial evaluation,combined with resource conditions,demand characteristics and power output characteristics,the ratio of integrated development mode of renewable energy power is optimized.With sufficient electricity demand,the reasonable ratio of pumped storage power and new energy power is 1∶1.4~1∶3.2.It is suggested to proceed this mode steadily in Northeast China because it needs satisfactory external conditions.
