Abstract
Planning environmental impact assessment plays an important role in planning optimization and ecological protection.There are few studies on planning environmental impact assessment of large-scale new energy base.Taking the planning environmental impact assessment of a large-scale new energy base in northwest Gansu as an example,this paper identifies the environmental impact from ecology,nature,resources and society,constructs the planning environmental impact assessment index system,and puts forward suggestions for planning optimization and adjustment based on the evaluation indexes.The index system connects the requirements of"Three Lines One Permit"on"spatial layout constraints,pollutant emission control,environmental risk prevention and control,resource development and utilization",and provides basis and reference for the planning environmental impact assessment of similar large-scale new energy bases.关键词
