摘要

Abstract

With the automation and intelligent transformation of the shipbuilding industry,higher demands are placed on workshop technicians and operators.To shorten corporate training time and improve equipment utilization efficiency,this pa-per develops an intelligent group assembly production line for teaching based on MES,tailored to the real situation of the shipbuilding industry's group assembly production line,combined with mainstream cutting-edge intelligent technology.The production line is controlled by MES,covering automatic cutting and sorting,intelligent trolley,AGV transfer,assembly,and intelligent group welding stations,and a control center is set up.Among them,the intelligent group welding station sup-ports both offline programming and online programming methods.This production line simulates the real production pro-cess,enabling students to master the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the shipbuilding intelligent group assem-bly production line on campus,narrowing the gap between campus and enterprises,and cultivating talents suitable for the new era of intelligent manufacturing.
