Abstract
In response to the demands for lightweight development and energy-saving cost reduction of large containers,ZQ460 high-strength steel is selected as the structural material for the support frame of a certain large container.By analyz-ing the weldability of ZQ460 high-strength steel,a pulsed MAG welding process is adopted to conduct weldability tests un-der different heat input conditions,and the effects of heat input on the microstructure,mechanical properties,and crack resis-tance of the joint are analyzed.The results show that the heat input is closely related to the microstructure and mechanical properties of the joint.As the heat input increases,the proportion of pro-eutectoid ferrite in the weld zone gradually in-creases,the size of acicular ferrite grows,and the proportion of side plate strip ferrite decreases;the microstructural feature of the heat-affected zone is clusters of martensite plates in various directions.The room temperature tensile properties of the welded joints show a decreasing trend,but they break in the weld zone and are still far higher than the technical require-ments of the base metal;the lateral bending performance of the welded joints,within a heat input range of 12~16 kJ/cm,does not produce cracks at a bending angle of 180°.In order to ensure good comprehensive properties of the welded joints,it is recommended to control the welding heat input within 12~16 kJ/cm.关键词
