Issues and Optimization Strategies for the Training Model of Welding Talents in Local Application-oriented Undergraduate School-Enterprise Cooperation
摘要
Abstract
The aim is to explore how local applied undergraduate colleges can deepen school-enterprise cooperation,opti-mize the training model for welding talents,to better meet the needs of enterprises for practical engineering technical tal-ents,and contribute to the national economic development.Through the analysis of the school-enterprise cooperation model,it points out the existing problems such as the disconnection between theory and practice,the lack of practical educa-tion facilities,and the lack of enthusiasm for talent cultivation in enterprises,and proposes optimization strategies,includ-ing cooperation between governments,societies,enterprises,and schools,driving the construction of curriculum system with the design and production of welding-related products,jointly creating high-quality welding practice bases by schools and en-terprises,jointly building courses by school-enterprise cooperation,and strengthening the construction of teaching staff un-der the school-enterprise cooperation model.By optimizing the school-enterprise cooperation model,we can better achieve the organic combination of professional education and production practice,improve students'welding application ability,train practical engineering technical talents,meet enterprise needs,and contribute to the national economic development.关键词
