Abstract

Low carbon nitrogen ratio wastewater is difficult to treat during the operation of sewage treatment plants,especially for the industrial wastewater or urban wastewater during the rainy season.The unstable treatment performance,the poor effluent quality,and the need to add large amounts of carbon sources are pressing issues that need to be addressed.With respect to the difficulty in the treatment of the wastewater with low carbon and nitrogen ratio,a process of anaerobic anoxic oxic(A2/O)biological contact oxidation process was used in the fourth industrial zone of Chang'an Town.The study was to explore the changes in water quality indicators of the sewage treatment plant under low carbon nitrogen ratio(BOD·NH3-N-1)and low carbon phosphorus ratio(BOD·TP-1)conditions.The sewage treatment plant in the Fourth Industrial Zone of Chang'an Town adopted the process of"pre-treatment hydrolysis acidification+A2/O biological contact oxidation+chemical phosphorus removal",with a hydrolysis acidification tank after the pre denitrification tank to pretreat and hydrolyze the influent of the wastewater,and for improving the biodegradability of wastewater.Adopting A2/O biological contact oxidation process for synchronous denitrification and phosphorus removal biochemical treatment.Using chemical phosphorus removal to reduce phosphorus content in effluent.The sewage treatment plant adopts semi buried connected structure,and the hydraulic retention time,BOD5 volumetric load and other parameters of the main structures and configuration equipment meet the regulatory requirements.After the completion of the project,membrane installation,and system operation were carried out,the process equipment operated stably and had a good effect on the removal of pollutants from domestic sewage and good engineering applicability,and was proved to be a feasible technical choice to promote sewage treatment for pollution reduction and carbon reduction,cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
