Abstract
Taking the primary network heating system of Yushen thermal power Plant as an example,in order to ensure the safe operation of the system and solve the problems existing in the system,STANET hydraulic calculation software is used to carry out the whole network hydraulic calculation of the system.The results show that the problem of insufficient flow can be solved by switching the area or reforming the existing system.The difference of water supply temperature between the north and south lines can be solved by adjusting the steam intake mechanism of the first station or reforming the existing system.By increasing the inlet pressure of circulating pump in the first station,the problem of"tripping"of circulating pump in the first station of heating supply can be solved.This scheme can solve the problems existing in operation and ensure the safe operation of the heating system.关键词
