新型对转水力空化装置的热效应研究
Study on heat characteristics of new type of counter rotating hydrodynamic cavitation device

Abstract
Aiming at problem of low efficiency,high energy consumption,and easy generation of secondary pollutants in ballast water treatment methods,a new type of ballast water treatment method was proposed based on hydraulic cavitation.The hydraulic cavitation device used two rotors with different structures to rotate in opposite directions inside the volute,and used high-speed cameras to observe the internal cavitation process,clarifying the development process of cavitation.Meanwhile,parameters such as rotational speed,rotor tilt angle,and impeller clearance were changed to explore the thermal characteristics of the counter rotating hydraulic cavitation devices.Results show that the maximum heating capacity of the counter rotating hydrodynamic cavitation device is 3.03 MJ/h(0.84 kW),and the maximum thermal efficiency is 84.57%.The increase in speed of helical and flat toothed rotors has a greater impact on the thermal performance of the counter rotating hydraulic cavitation device,especially the contribution of helical rotor speed to the speed of flat toothed rotors.Through analysis,it is found that the inclination angle and tooth spacing of the helical teeth both have an impact on the thermal effect of the entire cavitation device,which can provide data support for the large-scale application of the device in the future.关键词
