k-ω模型在不规则波模拟中湍流黏度伪增长探讨
Discussion on pseudo growth of turbulent viscosity in irregular wave simulation using k-ω model
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the traditional two-equations turbulence models were unstable for wave simulations,in which the turbulence viscosity growed unphysically over time,and to investigate the effect of this phenomenon on the accuracy of the irregular wave simulation,the irregular waves with different sea states were simulated based on the RNG k-ε model,standard k-ωmodel,BSL k-ω model,SST k-ω model and SST k-ω model with modified turbulent viscosity formula.The changes of turbulence viscosity for different turbulence models during the simulation and these effects on the accuracy of wave simulation were analyzed.Results show that for the RNG k-ε model,the turbulent viscosity grows with a small amplitude near the free surface area,and it has little influence on the simulation accuracy.For the traditional k-ω model,the pseudo growth of turbulent viscosity mainly appears in the wave-making region,and the turbulent viscosity is out of the reasonable range in the long time simulation and seriously affect the simulation accuracy.If the modified turbulent viscosity formula is implemented with the SST k-ω model,the pseudo growth of turbulent viscosity can be effectively suppressed to improve the simulation accuracy of irregular waves.关键词
