摘要
Abstract
Based on the function of the accumulator in the system, this paper studies the performance change trend of the traditional high-back pressure rotary compressor(Abbreviations:models with reservoirs)after canceling the accumulator(Abbreviations:models without reservoirs). It also analyzes the reasons for the changes based on system parameters, and provides a feasibility analysis for the subsequent system architecture without an accumulator.Firstly, through single-unit simulation,it was found that under the single-unit GX working condition(8℃ suction superheat),the COP of the system with and without accumulator was basically the same. The result of the single-unit test showed that the COP difference between the two was less than 0.4%,which was basically consistent with the simulation data. However, through air conditioning system testing and reproduction on a single-unit suction dryness test bench,it was found that directly replacing the compressor without changing the system configuration, the non-accumulator model has an increased liquid-carrying capacity during suction and a energy efficiency decline of about 5.2%.By adjusting the throttling components and refrigerant charge, the non-accumulator model's overall performance can be maintained without decline(energy efficiency difference<0.5%),and the liquid-carrying capacity of the two is basically the same. Finally, after adjusting the system configuration, the maximum exhaust temperature was determined, and it was found that the temperature did not exceed 115℃,which meets the specifications of the compressor manual.关键词
