摘要
Abstract
As a typical giga cycle fatigue application,valve system has been applied for various compressors and improving the reliability of valves is the key to meet higher frequency and miniaturization in the future.Based on the custom-made impact fatigue testing machine,the fatigue lifes of different valves were tested.It is verified that improving the processing quality,bettering the performance fit between valve plates and flapper valves,and optimizing the microstructure of valve materials are effective methods to enhance the fatigue life of valves.Which are contribute to provide more ideas for the production and processing,structural design,and material selection of compressor valves.关键词
