Abstract
The refrigerator compressor generates significant vibrations during operation,and the internal exhaust pipe is one of the main paths through which the vibrations are transmitted outward.The compressor matched with a certain box has a low-frequency noise problem.After experimental analysis,it was confirmed that the first-order resonance of the internal exhaust pipe caused an increase in compressor vibration,resulting in abnormal noise.In response to the low-frequency noise problem of the compressor,the internal exhaust pipe structure was optimized through simulation.Experimental verification showed that the new internal exhaust pipe reduced the vibration and noise of the compressor by 0.09 m/s2 and 0.56dB,respectively,while maintaining the first-order mode unchanged.At the same time,it reduced the peak sound pressure level of the box's fundamental frequency by 10.2dB and the sound power level by 1.5dB.关键词
