口腔癌患者术后吞咽功能训练的循证实践
Evidence based practice of postoperative swallowing function training for oral cancer patients

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the best evidence for postoperative swallowing function training in oral cancer patients,and to conduct evidence-based practice to evaluate the effectiveness of swallowing function application.Methods:Computer searches were conducted on Database.Eleven best evidence of postoperative swallowing function training for oral cancer patients were summarized,and eight review indicators were developed to guide and standardize evidence-based prac-tice for nurses in postoperative swallowing function training for oral cancer patients.Results:After application,the scores of nurses'knowledge related to postoperative swallowing function training for oral cancer patients were significantly improved,and the execution rate of 8 review indicators was significantly improved.The swallowing function of patients was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the best evidence to clinical prac-tice can standardize nurses'postoperative swallowing function training behavior for oral cancer patients,improve patients'swallowing function,and promote the quality of clinical medical care.关键词
