摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the heat dissipation performance of battery modules in high-temperature environments,a new type of composite liquid cold plate was designed,which combined non-uniform cooling channels and phase change materials(PCM).Numerical simulations were used to study the effects of channel structure,cooling mode and cooling water inlet water temperature on thermal management effect.The results show that the design of the channel from wide to narrow helps to improve the unevenness of the channel flow distribution,and can effectively reduce the temperature of the battery and improve the temperature uniformity.While ensuring the heat dissipation capacity,low inlet flow rate and inlet water temperature close to the battery pack temperature are selected to achieve the effect of energy-saving and temperature control.When the inlet flow rate of the composite liquid cooling plate is 0.12 m/s and the inlet water temperature is 34℃,the maximum temperature and temperature difference of the battery are 40.48℃and 4.96℃,respectively.
