The Sustainable and Efficient Development of Camphor Oil Forests Led by New Quality Productive Forces

基于新质生产力的内涵特征,采用文献分析与案例研究的方法,探讨了香樟油用林产业的可持续高效发展路径.通过技术创新、资源优化配置、市场机制与生态效益的协同作用,明确新质生产力在推动香樟油用林产业转型升级中的核心作用;提出加强良种选育、改进精油提取工艺及应用循环经济模式的具体策略,以及这些策略在提升生产效率和资源利用率、降低环境负担等方面的实际效果;为解决技术滞后、市场拓展受限及资源利用不足等问题,提出了通过政策支持、专项资金扶持、绿色金融推广及引入碳汇交易机制,推动香樟油用林产业的高效、绿色、可持续发展的建议.

⑴Background——Linalool is an essential compound for the global fragrance and pharmaceutical indus-tries,and Cinnamomum camphora(L.)presl is the key source of linalool.China is one of the major production areas of camphor oil in the world,and the production of camphor oil plays a vital role in the Chinese forestry sec-tor.However,there are still some problems in sustainable management,technological innovation and market mechanism optimization in the development of Chinese camphor oil forests.With the increasing global attention to green development and sustainable production,the sustainable and efficient development of camphor oil forests have become an important task. ⑵ Methods——Based on the relevant theories,this paper established the theoretical framework of the new quality productive forces of camphor oil forests.Then,a multidisciplinary approach,combined with literature re-views and case studies,was used to analyze the main scientific and technological advances in camphor oil for-ests,and to assess their impacts on costs efficiency,production processes and resources conservation using the existing advances in camphor trees breeding,innovative extraction techniques and products diversification.Final-ly,after discussing the main problems existing in the operation and development of camphor oil forests,this pa-per put forward the development countermeasures of new quality productive forces of camphor oil forests. ⑶ Results——The application of the principles of new quality productive forces has significantly improved the production efficiency of the camphor oil industry.The key technological breakthroughs include:The cultiva-tion of high-quality camphor tree species has increased the output of oil products,and the intensive cultivation has improved the efficiency of land use.In addition,the use of extraction technologies such as low-temperature distillation and supercritical CO2 fluids not only improves the purity and quantity of essential oils,but also re-duces the energy consumption and adverse environmental impacts.The high-value products created from camphor by-products,such as bioactive compounds,open up new markets and enhance the competitive advantage of the camphor oil industry.However,despite these advances,there are still some problems,including the obsolete e-quipment,limited market penetration,and inefficient allocation of resources,which are constraining the further development of the camphor oil industry. ⑷ Conclusions and Discussions——In order to achieve sustainable and efficient development of the camphor oil industry,the following policy suggestions are put forward:First,implement technical equipment up-grading to improve production efficiency.Accelerate technological innovation by improving production processes and adopting more environmentally friendly and efficient technologies.Second,strengthen the breeding of good species to optimize the products structures.Enterprises should establish long-term cooperation with scientific re-search institutions.Local agricultural technology extension departments should establish demonstration bases and carry out technical training.Third,expand the market space and extend the industrial chain.Develop high value-added products,implement digital marketing through e-commerce platforms,and help enterprises participate in international exhibitions,etc.Fourth,promote the circular economy model and improve resource utilization.The government should set up a green industry development fund and provide technical support and training.Fifth,give full play to ecological benefits and improve the level of carbon sinks management.The government should promote the institutionalized development of carbon sinks trading by introducing incentive policies.
