Abstract
Taking a steam-water heat exchange system as the research object,the causes of water hammer are analyzed,and the elimination measures are proposed.The condensate of the steam-water heat ex-change system should be discharged by gravity as much as possible,and the heat exchange system that relies on steam back pressure discharge should be equipped with a manual drain valve at the low point or a local low point of the piping system for the drainage of the heat exchange system during the re-start process after a long shutdown.When multiple steam-water heat exchangers are operated in parallel,it is advisable to adopt the control strategy of simultaneous operation and synchro-nous adjustment of multiple heat exchangers.关键词
