高温响应基因MdMYB308抑制苹果花青苷合成OA北大核心CSTPCD
MdMYB308:High-Temperature-Inducible Gene Suppressing Anthocyanin Accumulation in Apples
高温抑制苹果花青苷合成,从而影响果实的着色.本研究发现高温条件下,MdMYB308基因的表达被强烈诱导.通过亚细胞定位实验,发现MdMYB308定位在细胞核中.为了研究MdMYB308的功能,我们利用过表达和CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术对其进行了探究.结果显示,MdMYB308抑制了苹果花青苷结构基因的表达和花青苷合成,MdMYB308在高温抑制苹果花青苷合成中起到了重要的作用,在耐高温红色苹果育种中具有重要的应用潜力.
High temperatures suppress anthocyanin synthesis in apples,thereby affecting the fruit's coloration.This study found that the expression of the MdMYB308 gene was strongly induced under high-temperature conditions.Subcellular localization experiments revealed that MdMYB308 is predominantly localized in the cell nucleus.To investigate the function of MdMYB308,we explored it using overexpression and CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing techniques.The results demonstrated that MdMYB308 suppresses the expression of anthocyanin structural genes and anthocyanin synthesis.MdMYB308 plays a significant role in suppressing anthocyanin synthesis under high temperatures and has significant potential for application in breeding heat-tolerant red apples.
