Construction of Near-zero Energy Rural Building in Western Inner Mongolia Based on Thermal Comfort and Economy

Abstract
Western Inner Mongolia experiences severe cold winters,and traditional heating methods have issues such as high energy consumption,poor indoor thermal comfort,and insufficient insulation of building envelopes.This paper,based on the abundant local solar and wind energy resources,constructs an additional sunspace system,a solar water heating subsystem,and a wind energy heating system through field research.Orthogonal experimental methods and numerical simulation analysis were used to determine the optimal combination scheme.The results show that the new rural houses reduce energy consumption by 18,631.69 kW·h annually,with an energy consumption reduction rate of 82.68%,meeting the technical standards for near-zero energy buildings.The average indoor temperature in the coldest month of winter increased by 8.72℃,and the average PMV increased by 2.14,indicating good indoor thermal comfort and stability.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation of energy consumption,indoor thermal comfort,economy,environment,and society yielded an efficiency-to-cost ratio of V=1.48,with an investment payback period of 16.95 years.This study provides practical guidance and reference for the innovation of heating methods,indoor environment optimization,and upgrading of energy structures in Western Inner Mongolia,offering theoretical support for the strategic layout of'ecological priority,green development'in the region.关键词
