水果型黄瓜'金童'及'白玉王'重组自交系群体F4代果实品质分析
Fruit Quality Analysis of F4 Generation of Recombinant Inbred Lines of Cucumber Varieties'Jintong'and'Baiyuwang'

Abstract
To enrich the germplasm resources of fruity cucumbers,this study constructed a recombinant inbred line with fruity cucumbers'Jintong'and'Baiyuwang'as parents,resulting in an F4 population consisting of 145 lines.The results showed that the fruit color of the commercial melons in the population was divided into seven types:milky white,yellow white,white green,light green,green,dark green,and deep green,with the fruit color segregation showing a normal distribution.There was significant variation in the shape of the commercial melons,with lengths ranging from 8 to 24 cm,an average of 14.75 cm,and diameters ranging from 2 to 8 cm,with an average of 5.02 cm.Analysis of aromatic compounds indicated that hexanal,(E)-2-hexenal,1-hexanol,(E,Z)-2,6-nonadienal,(E)-2-nonenal,and(Z,Z)-3,6-nonadienal significantly contributed more to the cucumber fragrance.Principal component analysis showed that the first and second principal components of aromatic compounds in the commercial melons were(E,Z)-2,6-nonadienal and(Z,Z)-3,6-nonadienal,respectively,with a cumulative value of 76.70%.Correlation analysis revealed a significant correlation between the content of hexanal and(E)-2-hexenal,the content of(E,Z)-2,6-Nonadienal was significantly correlated with the content of(E,Z)-3,6-Nonadienal,(E)-2-Nonenal,(E,E)-2,4-Nonadienal.An evaluation model was established based on fruit shape index,melon weight per melon,seed cavity ratio,soluble solid content,(E,Z)-2,6-nonadienal content and sensory score.In the F4 population,seven lines with bright fruit color,rich flavor,and sweet taste were selected,with the following line numbers:67,11,69,73,94,111,and 127.关键词
