Design and Verification of the Mix Proportion of RAP Fine Powder Sup-25 Asphalt Mixture

Abstract
In order to verify the application effect of RAP fine powder in plant mixed hot recycling,relying on fine sepa-ration equipment and using physical collision method,the RAP fine aggregate that meets the engineering needs was replaced with a part of the fine aggregate and filler,which accounts for the largest proportion and has the highest asphalt content.The mix proportion of Sup-25 asphalt mixture was tested,and its high-tem-perature stability and water stability were tested through rutting test,freeze-thaw splitting test,and immer-sion Marshall test.By comparing and analyzing the impact of finely divided materials on the road performance of Sup-25,it was found that adding 0~3 mm fine powder can reduce the new oilstone ratio by approximately 1%,the high temperature stability and water stability meet the specification requirements,and adding 0~3 mm fine powder can increase the high temperature stability of the asphalt mixture by approximately 18.5%.关键词
