为充分探究智能化背景下矿工风险感知水平对不安全行为产生的影响,首先,分析了智能化建设背景下矿工工作内容、矿工风险感知方面的变化;其次,基于矿工个体接收、判断信息直至产生行为的全过程,从个体因素、作业因素、管理因素和组织因素4 个方面提出了智能化煤矿矿工风险感知水平影响因素指标体系,建立了基于系统动力学的矿工不安全行为推演模型;然后,运用G1 法与C-OWA算子进行指标组合赋权确定各指标权重系数;最后,干预策略仿真模拟,动态分析各指标因素间的相互作用.结果表明:在影响因素中,一级指标个体因素(0.325)权重最大,二级指标安全意识(0.087 4)、安全氛围(0.077 5)、安全监督(0.077 4)、安全投入(0.064 4)与安全知识(0.064 3)权重较大;智能化背景下矿工风险感知水平对不安全行为产生的作用路径有108 条,3 条作用路径权重较大;完善安全制度,加强智能化教育培训的组合干预策略对提升矿工风险感知水平和降低不安全行为水平有显著效果.研究结果可为智能化煤矿提升矿工风险感知水平,降低矿工不安全行为产生提供依据.

To fully explore the impact of miners'risk perception level on unsafe behavior in the context of intelligentization,firstly,the changes in miners'work content and risk perception in the context of intelligentization were analyzed.Secondly,based on the entire process of individual receiving,judging and generating information,four factors of individual factors,operational factors,management factors and organizational factors were proposed as the index system of miners'risk perception level in intelli-gent coal mines.An unsafe behavior simulation model based on system dynamics was established.Then,the weight coefficients of each indicator were determined by using the G1 method and the C-OWA operator.Finally,the simulation of intervention strategies was carried out to dynamically analyze the interactions between various indicators.The results show that among the influencing factors,the pri-mary index of individual factors(0.325)has the highest weight,and the secondary indicators of safety awareness(0.087 4),safety atmosphere(0.077 5),safety supervision(0.077 4),safety investment(0.064 4),and safety knowledge(0.064 3)have relatively large weights.In the context of intelligenti-zation,there are 108 action paths through which miners'risk perception level affects unsafe behavior,and 3 action paths have relatively large weights.The combination intervention strategy of improving safety systems and enhancing intelligentized training has significant effects on improving miners'risk perception level and reducing unsafe behavior levels.The research results can provide a basis for intelli-gent coal mines to improve miners'risk perception level and reduce the occurrence of unsafe behavior.
