X2K双层装载40 ft半高集装箱运输技术研究
Transportation Technology of X2K Double-Layer Half Height Container of 40 ft

Abstract
In order to solve the imbalance of import and export container types of the China-Laos Railway and meet the freight transportation demand of the China-Laos Railway,a 40 ft half height container was developed.Based on the main types of goods,the length of the container was determined to be 40 ft,and the width was 2 438 mm.The height of the container was calculated based on the density of the trial cargo loaded into the half height container,and the basic technical parameters of the 40 ft half height container were finally determined.The double-layer loading conditions of the half height container+half height container and the half height container+40 ft international standard container were verified to determine whether they exceeded the limit.A dynamic simulation model was built,and straight,curved,and uphill/downhill route conditions were designed.Dynamic simulation calculations were performed for the double-layer transportation scheme of a 40 ft half height container.The results show that under the double-layer loading conditions of half height container+half height container and half height container+40 ft international standard container,the theoretical stability of X2K heavy-duty vehicle operation meets the requirements of Specification for Dynamic Performance Assessment and Testing Verification of Rolling Stock(GB/T 5599-2019).关键词
