Abstract

To solve the problems of insufficient informatization level,data interaction,and business collaboration in railway special lines,an analysis was conducted on railway special lines'current operation status and problems to propose a goal operation process optimization for railway special lines.Considering the real-time and secure data exchange requirements between railway special line enterprises and railway stations,as well as the operational requirements for train receiving,dispatching,loading,and unloading within railway special lines,a comprehensive collaboration design was proposed for the whole process.Advanced design concepts of existing freight transportation control platforms were taken as reference and multi-source information collection technology,as well as microservice technology were fully utilized.On this basis,a digital control platform for railway special lines was constructed.Its main functions were designed and data interconnection with the existing freight transportation control platform was achieved.Under the platform's support,the operation process optimization for railway special lines is realized from two aspects:operational collaboration between railway special lines and stations,and operational collaboration within railway special line enterprises.This fully digitalizes the whole process management of railway special lines,effectively improves operational efficiency,reduces the workload for front-line workers,and ultimately boosts the competitiveness of the freight transportation market.
