Discussion on Operation Status and Capacity Expansion and Renovation Strategy of Wuxi Marshalling Station

Abstract
In order to meet the needs of increasing traffic volume and solve the problem of mismatched capacity of points and lines at Urumqi Railway Hub,the prominent issues found from the operation of Urumqixi(Wuxi)marshalling yard were first analyzed,and research was conducted on the capacity expansion and renovation of Wuxi Railway Station,so as to break through the bottleneck of hub capacity and improve the quality of hub transportation services.Combined with the technical standards of the surrounding railway networks and lines,the research strategy combining points and planes was adopted,and the vehicle flow organization was optimized from the perspective of hub layout to match the station layout better.The capacity adaptation of the station arrival and departure system was systematically analyzed from the perspective of station layout,and the division of labor scheme of yards was optimized.Engineering measures were taken to break through the bottleneck.After analyzing the effect of implementation,the strategy of capacity expansion is feasible and targeted,effectively improving the operation capacity of the station's arrival and departure system.It can provide a reference for capacity expansion and renovation projects of similar technical operation stations.关键词
